Nightly: (Two night minimum) $135/night + $60 cleaning fee per reservation

One full week (Sat to Sat) $700/week + $60 cleaning fee per reservation.
Includes access to washer/dryer

One full month $1800/month + $60 cleaning fee per reservation.
Includes access to washer/dryer

Winter & Holiday Rates:
Basic: $160 - $175/night (2 night minimum) depending on the number of guests.
Chrismas/New Year: $175 - $200/night (3 night minumum)

Also available for short term rentals September - May

50% deposit to hold a reservation - remainder due one week prior to your arrival.
Deposit is refundable up to 1 week before the rental date.

FOR RENTALS OF TWO WEEKS OR MORE PLUS HOLIDAY - Deposit is refundable up to 30 days before the rental date.
